Hammersmith and Fulham

Hammersmith and Fulham sits on the north bank of the River Thames in west London. It is one of the capital’s smallest boroughs by area but very densely populated, with a long riverside edge, a mix of Victorian terraces, interwar housing and modern riverside developments.

Sporting connections are notable - Craven Cottage is home to Fulham FC - and transport hubs at Hammersmith Broadway and Fulham Broadway keep it well connected; recent riverside redevelopment around places like Lots Road has also driven up property values.
