Rolvenden is a village and civil parish in the district of Ashford, in the county of Kent, England, tucked into the rolling, wooded ridges of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The parish includes the older hamlet of Rolvenden Layne and lies a few miles from the market town of Tenterden, surrounded by orchards, hop fields and patchwork farmland.
The village retains a distinctly historic character with timber-framed cottages, a medieval parish church and a traditional village green, and is served by a station on the preserved Kent & East Sussex Railway that helps bring visitors to the area. Historically agricultural, the local economy now mixes farming, small businesses and commuters, while an active community life centres on pubs, a village hall and seasonal events.
