Donagh

Donagh is a largely rural ward in the Fermanagh and Omagh district of County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, set in the drumlin-strewn countryside that characterises the county. The local economy is dominated by agriculture and small-scale rural enterprises, with many residents also commuting to nearby towns; the low-density settlement pattern and patchwork of townlands give it a quiet, pastoral feel.

The name Donagh comes from the Irish word for church, and the area bears traces of long-standing settlement - historic church sites, old graveyards and field monuments reflect a deep local past.
