The coastal parish of Angle sits on the southern tip of the peninsula in Pembrokeshire, looking out over the entrance to Milford Haven and the Irish Sea. Sheltered bays, sandy beaches and rugged headlands give way to reed-fringed salt marshes, and the coastline supports seals, waders and a variety of seabirds; the stretch of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path nearby is popular with walkers for its views and wildlife.
Locally there’s a quiet mix of farming, fishing and tourism, with holiday cottages and coastal walking bringing visitors in season. The village’s fabric reflects its history - a medieval parish church and the remains of RAF Angle testify to earlier eras - and its long-standing role beside the Haven has shaped both community life and the local economy.
