Meopham North is a largely semi‑rural area on the north‑west edge of Gravesham in Kent, England. It takes in the northern parts of the historic village of Meopham, sitting on the scarp of the North Downs with rolling farmland, orchards and several conservation pockets that reflect its long agricultural past and a number of older, listed buildings.
The community mixes long‑standing rural families with commuters who travel to London or nearby towns by road and rail; village life is marked by local pubs, clubs, a cricket side and annual fetes. Economically the area leans on small businesses and horticulture, with employment opportunities in nearby Gravesend and the Ebbsfleet corridor, while green‑belt protections help keep the landscape relatively tranquil.
