Bramingham is an electoral ward on the northern edge of Luton in Bedfordshire. Predominantly suburban, the area grew from a small village into a larger housing estate during the 20th century and now contains a mix of council and private homes, local shops, primary schools and community facilities, with many residents commuting into the town centre or nearby business parks.
The ward is notable for Bramingham Wood, an area of ancient woodland and local nature reserve with footpaths and wildlife that gives the neighbourhood a strong link to the surrounding countryside. It is represented on Luton Borough Council and has a quietly mixed social and economic character typical of suburban north Luton, combining family-oriented streets with accessible green space.
