Foxley is a very small, rural parish in the district of Breckland, in the county of Norfolk, England. It sits within the characteristic Breckland landscape of sandy soils, open arable fields and fragments of heath and woodland, with quiet lanes and public footpaths that make it attractive for walkers and wildlife watchers.
Historically the area has been agricultural and that character remains today, with farms, scattered cottages and a small parish church and a handful of historic buildings marking its past. Community life is low‑key and largely oriented around neighbouring villages and local events, while conservation interests and the rural economy continue to shape everyday life.
