Buxton with Lammas is a small, largely rural civil parish in the district of Broadland, in Norfolk, England. The parish comprises village settlement and surrounding arable fields and meadows typical of the county, with a number of older buildings and a parish church that hint at medieval origins; lanes and hedgerows give it a distinctly Norfolk character and make it popular with walkers and birdwatchers, thanks to its proximity to the waterways and wetland landscapes of the Norfolk Broads.
Locally the economy is mainly agricultural with some residents commuting to nearby market towns and cities such as Aylsham and Norwich, while village life centres on community activities, the village hall and the occasional local pub or events. The area feels quietly historic yet outward-looking, valued for its scenery, traditional buildings and strong local community ties.
