Honingham is a small rural village and civil parish in the district of Broadland, set in the gentle farming landscape of Norfolk in eastern England, a short drive west of Norwich. The parish is defined by undulating arable fields, pockets of mixed woodland and a scattering of traditional Norfolk cottages and farmsteads, giving it a quietly pastoral character rather than any urban bustle.
Historically the village revolved around its country estate and village green, and traces of that landed past are still visible in former parkland and lanes. Today the local economy is largely agricultural with a number of residents commuting to nearby towns, while community life is sustained by the village hall and informal activities; the area also appeals to walkers and those interested in rural history and wildlife.
