Beckley is a small historic village and civil parish in the South Oxfordshire district of Oxfordshire, England, lying a few miles east of Oxford. It occupies a gently undulating, rural landscape of mixed farmland and small woods with views towards the foothills of the Chilterns, and retains a compact core of traditional stone and timber cottages.
Historically agricultural, the village has a parish church and a number of listed buildings that reflect its medieval and later heritage, while today many residents commute into nearby Oxford; nevertheless Beckley keeps a lively community feel with a village hall, local clubs and occasional fĂȘtes that underline its rural character.
