Upper Tysoe is a small hilltop village in the district of Stratford-on-Avon, Warwickshire, England, and is one of the three settlements that make up the Tysoe group (Upper, Middle and Lower). Its elevated position on the local ridge gives wide views across rolling farmland and towards the Cotswolds, and there are a network of lanes and footpaths that make it popular with walkers.
The village has deep agricultural roots, with stone and brick cottages, scattered farmsteads and surviving historic features that reflect a long rural history. Community life remains active with a village hall and local events, while the local economy is still largely farming-based, supplemented by residents who commute to nearby towns such as Stratford-on-Avon or across the county boundary into Oxfordshire.
