Kingsbury is a suburban ward in the London Borough of Brent in north‑west London, centred on the residential neighbourhood around Kingsbury itself. It sits near the Brent Reservoir (the Welsh Harp) and Fryent Country Park, with good links to the rest of the capital via Kingsbury station on the Jubilee line and frequent buses, and is a short distance from Wembley.
The area is largely residential with a lively local high street along Kingsbury High Road, a diverse population and a strong South Asian presence, plus numerous independent shops, restaurants and community facilities. Historically it grew from farmland and manor into suburban housing during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, while the reservoir and nearby green spaces give the ward a mix of urban and recreational character popular with walkers, birdwatchers and small local businesses.
