New Denham is a suburban neighbourhood on the edge of Denham in Buckinghamshire, England. It sits beside the Grand Union Canal and the River Misbourne and is backed by greenbelt countryside and the chalk slopes of the Chiltern Hills, so residents enjoy a mix of residential streets and easy access to open space such as Denham Country Park.
Originally expanded in the 20th century, the area is largely residential with local shops, pubs and active community groups; many people commute, taking advantage of good road links (near the M25) and rail services from nearby Denham into London (Chiltern services towards Marylebone). A notable historic footnote is the proximity of the old Denham Film Studios, part of the town’s cultural legacy from the 1930s–50s.
