Lewannick is a small, gently hilly parish in north‑east Cornwall, England, sitting on the fringes of Bodmin Moor and not far from Launceston. The landscape is typical of inland Cornwall: granite outcrops, narrow lanes, mixed pasture and arable fields, and wide views that attract walkers and riders as much as local farmers.
Historically the village grew around its medieval church and a scattering of hamlets, and you can still find old stone crosses and traces of former rural industries such as quarrying. Today the community remains largely agricultural, boosted by small‑scale tourism and holiday lets, with a village hall and pub helping to sustain local social life and traditional Cornish community events.
