Mylor Bridge is a small village in Cornwall, a few miles north‑west of Falmouth, set beside the tidal inlet of Mylor Creek which feeds into the sheltered estuarine network of the Carrick Roads. The creek, wooded valley and nearby countryside give the village a tranquil riverside character popular with boaters and walkers.
The place has a strong maritime past - from local boatbuilding and shipping to a modern emphasis on yachting - and hosts a marina and active sailing scene at Mylor Yacht Harbour. The parish church of St Melor hints at medieval roots, while today the community balances tourism, small local businesses, riverside pubs and seasonal regattas.
