Hulland Ward is a compact village and civil parish in the Derbyshire Dales district of Derbyshire, England, sitting on the southern fringe of the Peak District a few miles west of Ashbourne and northwest of Derby. It occupies gently rolling agricultural land and limestone pastures, and is characterised by traditional stone cottages and a small village green that give it a distinctly rural feel.
Historically an agricultural settlement with medieval roots, the village still shows 18th- and 19th-century buildings and a quiet local economy made up of farms, small enterprises and commuters to nearby towns. Community life centres on a village hall and parish activities, and the locality is popular with walkers and visitors who prefer the quieter fringes of the Peak District to busier tourist hubs.
