Rendcomb is a small village and civil parish tucked into the rolling limestone hills of the Cotswolds, about three miles north‑west of Cirencester in Gloucestershire, England. Its honey‑coloured stone cottages, drystone walls and beechwoods give a quintessential Cotswold feel, and the surrounding farmland and lanes make it popular with walkers exploring the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Historically centred on the estate of Rendcomb Park, the village is best known for Rendcomb College, the independent school founded in 1920 which occupies much of the historic parkland and shapes local life. The economy remains largely rural with some residents commuting to nearby towns such as Cirencester and Cheltenham, while a close‑knit community activity revolves around the parish church, village events and local footpaths.
