Much Hoole

Much Hoole is a small civil parish in South Ribble, Lancashire, England, set on the flat agricultural sweep of the West Lancashire Plain close to the River Douglas. It sits a short drive south of Preston and near Leyland, and today the parish combines scattered farms and traditional cottages with a compact village core that largely functions as a quiet commuter and agricultural community.
