Stalmine is a small rural village in the borough of Wyre, in Lancashire, England. It sits close to the Wyre estuary and the salt marshes of Morecambe Bay, on the flat coastal plain of north‑west Lancashire, with a landscape of fields, drainage ditches and winding lanes.
Historically a farming community within the civil parish of Stalmine-with-Staynall, the village retains a quiet, village feel with local pubs, a village hall and small businesses while many residents commute to nearby towns such as Fleetwood, Lancaster and Preston. The estuary and marshes draw walkers and birdwatchers, and the area still reflects a strong agricultural and coastal heritage.
