Frampton is a small village and civil parish in the borough of Boston, in Lincolnshire, set on the low-lying Lincolnshire Fens close to the coast of The Wash. It has medieval origins and its landscape reflects centuries of drainage and reclamation: wide arable fields, sea banks and drainage channels, with a compact village core centred on a historic parish church and traditional stone and brick houses.
The local economy remains largely agricultural, but Frampton draws nature‑lovers thanks to nearby Frampton Marsh, an RSPB reserve renowned for wading birds and migrating wildfowl, so birdwatching and seasonal visitors supplement village life. Socially it retains a small‑community feel with a village hall, local events and a mix of long‑standing farming families and newcomers seeking rural quiet while remaining within easy reach of Boston for shops and services.
