Bracebridge Heath is a largely residential village and electoral ward on the Lincoln Cliff, a ridge just to the south of Lincoln in the district of North Kesteven, Lincolnshire. Sitting above the River Witham valley and visible from the city, it has good road links via the A15 and functions as a commuter community while still retaining a strong village feel.
Historically the area grew up on heathland and is notable for a 20th‑century aerodrome and former RAF presence, and today combines conservation pockets, typical Victorian and modern housing, local shops, a primary school and community clubs. The ward’s interest lies in that mix of scenic outlooks over Lincoln, an active local community life and easy access to city amenities without losing a distinct village character.
