Kewstoke is a small coastal village and civil parish in North Somerset, sitting on the edge of the Bristol Channel a few miles north of Weston-super-Mare. Backed by sand dunes and grazing marshes that form part of the North Somerset Levels, the area is noted for long flat beaches, wide tidal ranges and visible sea defences protecting low‑lying farmland and homes.
Historically a farming and small fishing community, Kewstoke still centres on its village church, hall and pub and attracts walkers, kite‑surfers and birdwatchers to nearby Sand Bay. The local economy is largely residential with agriculture and seasonal tourism, while being close enough to Weston-super-Mare for shops, services and rail links.
