Warmfield cum Heath is a small, predominantly rural civil parish a few miles east of the city of Wakefield in West Yorkshire. The parish comprises scattered hamlets and farmland, including the villages of Warmfield and Heath, with rolling fields, hedgerows and stone cottages that give it a quietly picturesque, village character while keeping larger towns within easy reach.
Historically rooted in agriculture and country estates, the area still shows its past in several historic buildings such as a manor house and parish church. Community life is focused on village halls, local clubs and occasional pub events; many residents commute into nearby centres for work but small-scale farming and rural enterprises remain an important part of the local economy and social fabric.
