Map of the UK

Bro Gwaun is an electoral ward in north‑west Pembrokeshire, Wales, centred on the twin towns of Fishguard and Goodwick and the small villages that line the steep, wooded Gwaun Valley. The ward combines a rugged coastal edge and harbour with sheltered valley farmland and woodland, lying close to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and with views towards the Preseli Hills.

Locally there is a strong Welsh cultural identity and an economy shaped by fishing, agriculture, local services and tourism - the busy ferry terminal at Fishguard Harbour being a notable transport link. The area also carries a pocket of dramatic history, famously associated with the 1797 landing known as the Battle of Fishguard, and remains a lively community with festivals, small businesses and outdoor recreation on the coast and in the valley.
