Freystrop

Freystrop is a small, largely agricultural parish just outside the county town of Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire, Wales. The landscape around the village is typical of inland Pembrokeshire: rolling farmland, hedgerows and scattered farms and dwellings, with easy access by road to the nearby coast and the services of the town.

Locally the parish retains a quiet, close‑knit character – farming and rural trades remain important, while some residents commute to jobs in the town. There are historic touches in the form of an old parish church and traditional cottages, and the community shares in countywide cultural life and the tourist trade that draws visitors to Pembrokeshire’s coastline.
