Marsworth is a small village and civil parish in Buckinghamshire, England, lying close to the county boundary with Hertfordshire and the edge of the Chiltern Hills. The village sits beside the Grand Union Canal and is adjacent to Marsworth Reservoir, one of the chain often known as the Tring Reservoirs, which gives the area a strong waterside character and makes it popular for walking, birdwatching and waterside recreation.
Historically influenced by the canal era, Marsworth retains a quiet, rural community feel with farms, cottages and a small village centre, while being within easy reach of nearby Tring and commuter routes into London. The local landscape and waterways shape much of its cultural and leisure life, and the village is valued for its countryside tranquillity rather than any heavy industry.
