Newton and Noss

Newton and Noss sits on the wooded estuary of the River Yealm in the South Hams district of Devon, England. The area is split between the pretty waterside villages of Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo, whose narrow lanes, thatched cottages and small quays face tidal creeks and moorings; a small passenger ferry and riverside footpaths knit the communities together and the wider coastline is part of the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with easy access to the South West Coast Path.
