Denbury is a small rural village in Teignbridge, Devon, England, set on rising ground a few miles south of Newton Abbot. The village is overlooked by the historic Denbury Park estate and its parkland, and an Iron Age hill fort, Denbury Camp, crowns the ridge, giving the place a strong sense of visible history and good views across the Teign valley towards the Haldon Hills.
Denbury retains a close-knit, largely agricultural character with many residents commuting to nearby towns such as Exeter and Newton Abbot. There is a small parish church and basic village amenities, and the surrounding lanes and countryside make it popular with walkers and anyone wanting a quieter slice of South Devon life.
