Dialling code: 01262 (Bridlington)

Carnaby is a small village in the East Riding of Yorkshire, a few miles south of Bridlington and close to the chalk cliffs of Flamborough Head on the Holderness coast. The surrounding landscape is largely flat arable farmland, and its proximity to the coast means visitors often use it as a quiet base for exploring seabird colonies and the wider Yorkshire coast.

One of the village's most notable features is RAF Carnaby, a Second World War emergency airfield with unusually wide runways; remnants of the site remain and much of the area has been repurposed as an industrial estate, so the local economy mixes farming, light industry and services. Socially the community is small and closely linked to nearby Bridlington for shops and amenities.
