Dinedor Hill is a rural electoral ward in Herefordshire, England, centred on a distinctive sandstone ridge that rises above the city of Hereford. The summit is crowned by the earthworks of an Iron Age hillfort, giving the area archaeological and scenic interest; from the top there are wide views over the River Wye and the surrounding rolling farmland, which makes it popular with walkers and local history enthusiasts.
The ward is largely agricultural, made up of small hamlets, farmsteads and some commuter households who travel into Hereford for work and services. Community life tends to be close‑knit with an emphasis on conservation and heritage, and the combination of good walking access, historic sites and quiet countryside also brings a modest amount of rural tourism to the area.
