Brasted is a village and civil parish in the district of Sevenoaks, Kent, England, sitting on the A25 between Sevenoaks and Westerham. It lies on the edge of the Weald with adjoining commonland such as Brasted Chart, giving wooded lanes and open views across the Kent countryside; several notable country estates are close by, including Chartwell and Chevening.
Historically agricultural and estate-orientated, the village retains a traditional green, parish church and a mix of Georgian and Victorian houses with pubs and small local businesses. Today it is popular with commuters to London and with walkers and riders drawn to the parkland, footpaths and village community events that keep a strong rural character.
