Norton, Buckland and Stone is a small civil parish in the borough of Swale in Kent, England, made up of a few villages and hamlets set in a largely agricultural landscape. The area’s patchwork of arable fields, orchards and characteristic oast houses gives it a distinctly Kentish feel, and it sits within easy reach of the market towns of Faversham and Sittingbourne and the rolling chalk of the North Downs.
The parish has roots stretching back to the medieval period and retains a number of historic churches, timber‑framed cottages and listed buildings, while village halls and local events keep a strong community spirit. Economically it remains tied to farming and rural trades, with many residents commuting to nearby towns, and it’s popular with walkers and anyone after quiet lanes, hedgerows and a traditional English village atmosphere.
