Kings Hill is a planned village and business park in the borough of Tonbridge and Malling, Kent, England, developed from the former military site of RAF West Malling from the late 1980s onwards. Sitting on relatively elevated chalk country, the development retains visible reminders of its wartime past - notably the preserved control tower - and offers good views across the surrounding Kent countryside.
The area combines substantial office space and light industry with housing, shops, schools and leisure facilities, making it popular with families and commuters. Good rail links via nearby West Malling station provide services into London and Maidstone, while a programme of community events, public art, lakes and open green spaces give it a distinct suburban, village-like identity despite its planned, modern origins.
