Woodhall Spa is a small electoral ward centred on the village of Woodhall Spa in the district of East Lindsey, in Lincolnshire, England. The settlement grew in the 19th century after mineral springs were developed as a Victorian spa and remains set among pine woods, lakes and the rolling countryside of the nearby Lincolnshire Wolds, with a country park and characteristic pingo ponds formed by glacial action.
The ward has a strong heritage and tourism feel: visitors come for the history embodied in the Petwood Hotel (famous as the wartime officers’ mess for 617 Squadron), the charming Kinema in the Woods and the highly regarded Woodhall Spa Golf Club. Local life blends hospitality, small businesses and conservation activity, with community clubs and events reflecting its spa-town past and rural Lincolnshire character.
