Whinburgh and Westfield is a small rural parish in the district of Breckland, set in the gently rolling farmland of Norfolk, England. The area is characterised by a patchwork of arable fields, hedgerows and scattered farms and hamlets, with easy road links to the market town of Dereham and the regional centre of Norwich.
Historically small and agricultural, the parish retains a handful of historic buildings and parish churches and a quiet village atmosphere; life here is shaped by farming, local community events and countryside pursuits such as walking and cycling. Many residents commute to nearby towns for work, while the local parish council and occasional village gatherings keep a sense of community in what is otherwise a tranquil part of the Norfolk countryside.
