Grove is a sizeable village and civil parish in the Vale of White Horse district of Oxfordshire, England, lying close to the market town of Wantage on the gentle chalk vale. It sits within easy commuting distance of Didcot and Oxford and benefits from proximity to the science and innovation campus at Harwell, which has helped shift the local economy from purely agricultural to a mix of tech, research and light industry.
Historically the village developed around farming and a wartime airfield - RAF Grove - parts of which have since been repurposed for business use, and the parish retains a strong community feel with village clubs, pubs and sports facilities. Its location also gives ready access to historic downland and walking country, being not far from the ancient track of the Ridgeway and the celebrated Uffington White Horse.
