Biddulph is a small town and civil parish in the north of Staffordshire, within the district of Staffordshire Moorlands in England. Set among rolling farmland and moorland close to the border with Cheshire, it benefits from green corridors such as the Biddulph Valley Way, a popular linear park along a disused railway, and the well‑known Victorian plantings of Biddulph Grange with their dramatic rockwork and themed gardens.
Historically the town grew around coal mining, quarries and light industry; today it combines commuter links to nearby Stoke-on-Trent with independent shops, community groups and outdoor recreation. You’ll find village‑style clubs, seasonal events and heritage trails that reflect both its industrial past and its reputation for distinctive 19th‑century garden design.
