Moulton is a small village and civil parish in the West Suffolk district of Suffolk in eastern England. Set in the rolling arable countryside typical of East Anglia, it retains a quiet rural character with a medieval parish church, a mix of flint and timber-framed houses and the usual village amenities such as a hall and pub that help sustain a close-knit community.
Historically agricultural, the local economy still leans on farming though many residents commute to nearby market towns such as Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds for work and services. Its proximity to the racing and training areas around Newmarket gives an equestrian flavour, while country lanes, hedgerows and footpaths make the parish popular for walking, cycling and seasonal village events.
