Cubbington is a small village and civil parish in the district of Warwick, in central Warwickshire, England, sitting a few miles east of Leamington Spa. It occupies a pleasant rural setting of rolling farmland and hedgerows and is noted for nearby ancient woodlands and local nature reserves that attract walkers and naturalists.
The village has a long local history reflected in its older houses and parish church, and today retains an active community life with a village hall, clubs and a primary school; many residents commute to Leamington Spa, Warwick, Coventry or Birmingham. In recent years Cubbington also featured in wider public debate because of concerns over woodland and the felling of a well‑known local pear tree during planning for the HS2 rail route.
