Roffey North

Roffey North is a residential ward on the north‑east edge of Horsham in West Sussex, England. It largely comprises a mix of post‑war and more recent housing with pockets of green space, and its location gives straightforward access to the town centre and main road links such as the A264.

The area has a strong local community feel, with small shops, schools and active sports clubs, and sits close to the long‑standing training centre at Roffey Park Institute. Being on the fringe of town also means there is quick access to the rolling countryside of the South Downs, and you can still see hints of the district’s former rural character in hedgerows and field patterns.
