Eilean dà Mhèinn is a small, largely uninhabited rocky islet off the west coast of Scotland within the council area of Argyll and Bute. Its Gaelic name reflects the area's linguistic heritage; the island is low-lying with rocky shores and grassy hollows, providing a quiet refuge for seabirds and seals and a scenic landmark for people passing by in boats or kayaks.
There is little in the way of permanent settlement, but like many of the tiny islands around Argyll it has been part of a long local economy of fishing, occasional grazing and past kelp‑gathering, and today contributes through wildlife tourism and recreational boating. Modest traces of past use and its simple, windswept character make it a small but authentic element of the region's maritime landscape.
