Eilean Horrisdale is a small tidal isle just off the little fishing hamlet of Badachro, near Gairloch in Wester Ross, Highland, Scotland. Low‑lying and often connected to the shore at low tide, it looks out across a sheltered bay towards the Summer Isles and the peaks of Torridon, and is a quiet haven for seals, seabirds and other coastal wildlife.
Historically the land was tied to local crofting and fishing communities and the place-name shows the Norse influence common on the west coast; remnants of old cottages and crofting structures can still be seen. Today it has no permanent settlement but contributes to the local economy through grazing, tourism and as a picturesque landmark for walkers and boaters exploring the Gairloch area.
