Hulland Ward is a small rural parish in the Derbyshire Dales district of Derbyshire, England, set among gently rolling farmland and limestone lanes a short drive from Ashbourne and within easy reach of the Peak District. The landscape is typical of the White Peak fringe, with hedged fields, farmsteads and a scattering of mature hedgerow trees that give the area a quietly picturesque, unspoilt feel.
Historically an agricultural community, the parish still has working farms and a number of older, listed buildings, while modern life brings a mix of local small businesses and commuters who travel to Derby and surrounding towns. Socially it retains a village-centred character with a village hall, occasional local events and a strong sense of community among long-standing and newer residents.
