Ashchurch is a village on the eastern edge of Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire, England, sitting close to the low-lying floodplain around the confluence of the River Avon and the River Severn. Its location beside junction 9 of the M5 and the presence of Ashchurch for Tewkesbury railway station give it good transport links, making it convenient for road and rail travel across the region.
Historically the settlement has strong railway and military associations, having grown around transport links and a former army camp; today it combines commuter housing, light industry and agricultural surroundings. Locally people use nearby Tewkesbury's medieval town centre and markets, while easy journeys to places such as Cheltenham, Gloucester and Bristol shape its economy and daily life.
