Pinchbeck is a sizeable village and civil parish in the district of South Holland, Lincolnshire, England, lying in the famously flat fenlands close to Spalding. The reclaimed marshland, crossed by drains and dykes, gives the area rich, productive soils and a low, open horizon that still defines the local landscape and settlement pattern.
The parish has a long local history reflected in its older buildings and a medieval parish church, and its economy remains strongly agricultural with extensive arable, horticultural and bulb-growing activity. Socially it has a lively village community with shops, pubs, a primary school and regular community events, while many residents also commute to nearby towns for work.
