Sibford Gower is a small village and civil parish in the district of Cherwell, in Oxfordshire, England, set in a quiet rural valley a few miles west of Banbury. The settlement clusters around the little Sib stream and is characterised by stone and thatched cottages, farmland and hedgerows; the surrounding landscape rises towards the historic Edge Hill ridge, associated with the early fighting of the English Civil War.
The village has a notable Quaker heritage and is closely linked with nearby Sibford Ferris and with Sibford School, an independent school founded by Quakers. The local economy remains largely agricultural with many residents commuting to larger towns, and community life is lively for a small parish, with village events, traditional architecture and easy access to walking country.
