Marchington is a village and civil parish in East Staffordshire, in the county of Staffordshire, England. It sits in rolling agricultural countryside to the north of Uttoxeter and is within easy reach of Burton-on-Trent, so it feels distinctly rural while still benefitting from good road links via the A50 corridor.
Traditionally an agricultural community, Marchington retains a handful of local amenities - a parish church, village hall and pub - and a small industrial estate that provides local jobs. The parish has an active community life with clubs and events, and the surrounding lanes and woodlands are popular with walkers and commuters travelling to nearby towns and cities.
