Penkridge is a large village and civil parish in the South Staffordshire district of Staffordshire in England, set on the banks of the River Penk. Historically it was a market town and an important coaching stop on the old London–Chester route, and you can still see a striking medieval collegiate church, St Michael's, alongside timber-framed buildings and traditional inns that hint at its long history.

Today Penkridge acts as a local service centre and commuter settlement with good transport links (close to the M6 and served by its own railway station), lying amid agricultural land and pleasant countryside with the Cannock Chase area nearby. The town retains regular markets and community events, balancing rural heritage with practical connections to Stafford, Wolverhampton and the wider West Midlands economy.
