Seisdon is a small village in the district of South Staffordshire in Staffordshire, England, set on slightly higher ground a few miles west of Wolverhampton and close to Wombourne. The settlement sits amid rolling farmland and areas of common land such as Seisdon Common, giving it a distinctly rural feel while remaining within easy commuting distance of the larger West Midlands conurbation.
Its name is old enough to have lent itself to the historic Seisdon Hundred, and the village still shows that layered past in older farmhouses and lanes. Today Seisdon is largely residential and agricultural, with a quiet community life centred on local events and countryside pursuits, alongside a number of residents who commute into nearby towns for work.
