Tatsfield is a small village in the district of Tandridge in Surrey, England, sitting high on the fringes of the North Downs. Its elevated position gives expansive views over the Weald and, on clear days, towards London, and the surrounding landscape is a mix of commons, farmland and woodland that make it popular with walkers.
Historically an agricultural settlement, Tatsfield is now largely residential with a mixed local economy of small businesses and services and many residents commuting to nearby towns and the capital. The village retains a strong community feel with a parish church, village hall, pub and regular local events, and its semi-rural character and scenic outlook are among the features that attract newcomers and visitors.
